Rafaello cake without baking. DIY

Hi there!
I've got something really good for You :)
Rafaello cake. Without baking. Awesome! It tastes like this delicious white coconut almound balls :) I'm in love with this cake, my husband is, and my kids are!

You need:
*450g biscuits (those You eat with a tea, basic ones)
*600ml milk
*150ml coconut milk (not a necessary, if You don't want to use it, use 750ml normal milk)
*230-250ml sugar
*3 big tbsp of potato flour
*3 big tbsp of wheat flour
*250g soft butter (I recommend real butter, take it out of the fridge1,5h before making a cake)
*100g white chocolate (one bar)
*2 tsp vanilla sugar
*200g desiccated coconut

1. We need to cook some home made pudding.
Start cooking 375ml normal milk. Mix other 225 ml milk with both flours, both type of sugar and coconut milk. Add the mixture to the cooking milk, and stir the whole time. Cook until You have a pudding.

Let it cool.

2. While You waiting for pudding to cool grate white chocolate. I like white Milka.  Mix it with desiccated coconut.

3. Now take Your butter, mix it with pudding (it needs to be cool like Fresh Prince of Bel Air :P ).

4. Add 3/4 off coconut and white chocolate. Mix it all togheter.  You can add big tbsp of almound butter, but It's not a necessary.

5. Put biscuits in some not-so-big-pan (I had medium pizza pan). Then put the first layer of rafaello creme. Repeat. I had two layers of biscuits and creme.

5. And sprinkle the top with the rest of the coconut and white chocolate.

Put it to the fridge for couple of hours. Cookies need to be soft. I recommend to make it in the evening and eat the next day or make it in the morning and eat couple of hours later :)

Enjoy! ❤️
